We're looking at doing a mailing list, and there's two issues that have come up..
1) When we're ready to send the email, the subject line appears to only be static, but we want to customize it based on who it's being sent to, is there any way to insert a custom field here? Basically this is what we see:

There doesn't seem to be any way to make dynamic.
2) Is there any way to insert dynamic HTML into the body? We want to create separate URLs with separate trackers for each person, so we can see who's clicked on what.
However when I put <a href... in there, the HTML code all shows up as is, and doesn't convert it..is there a way to actually have dynamic HTML code within the body then?
