I'm almost certain it can be done by drafting your message in MS Word and then using the mail merge function to e-mail the message. I'm sorry but I don't know the exact steps. I saw a thread on this a long time ago in the AT Forums.
I'm going to check into this and if I find the answer I'll post it - but not for a few days.
In my Word textbook it says that you can do a merge to e-mail or fax "if you have a MAPI-compatible email or fax program, such as Outlook...WinFax Pro...you can use the Mail Merge Helper to create broadcast email or faxes."
