I went to my local walmart store to PM the SB soundcard from OD w/ $20 IR. 1 of their managers told me they don't PM an item if there's a rebate form to be sent. I told him the add clearly says IR not mail-in. But he insisted that I still need to fill out a form and send it to OD. "WTF is this guy talking about?", I asked myself. To make the long story short, I argued w/ him for a few minutes only to educate me that IR=MIR!!! MORON!!!

that's policy

no percents off

no buy one get one free or half off

no double coupons

this would be considered an instant coupon offered only through OD. This would apply to best buy, etc. also I believe.

I don't understand. Instant rebate is like a price break. The price that rings up at the register is the price AFTER instant rebate. The OD manager is an idiot.

*edit* OOPS! I think I needed some sleep!

Why? It was the walmart manager giving him a problem...?
