Mail format conversion

Folks,
If anyone of you have migrated from Netscape mail (Netscape 7.2) to Outlook 2000, please guide me how to migrate the mails in the local folders (.msf files) to .pst format that outlook supports

PS : I have found that there is AID4MAIL that does this job, but the trial version does not support outlook. This is a one time activity for me.

Thanx, but I found these instruction on the microsoft support page already. the route is labourious
Netscpae 7.2 => netscape 4X => outlook express => outlook 2k
Iam not sure is netscape 4x can install on Win Xp at all
