Magnetic field effect on health?

I've been searching google but there's no definitive answer to the level of accepted B field, does anyone have ideas?

That's because there is no evidence that magnetic fields are harmful. There could be a point where this is true, but it may be about where it would suck the fillings out of your head ;)


Seriously, since no definitive link has been found, engineers just keep field strength low as possible. If there is a de facto standard. I have never heard of it.

I've never heard of any harmful effects either. I'm not even sure there's a method for quantifying exposure for a magnetic field like SAR for RF emissions. Unless you're getting an MRI everyday, I wouldn't worry.
