And the post man will think, "luckily we don't have to do that."

I didn't know that a 55" can be this cheap... like a 32" Wega.

I hear although extended warranties are often worthless, Magnavox and RCA TVs fall in the 0.1% of times that an extended warranty is worth the extra price paid.

FYI, the service plan on this TV at BB does not cover damage to the highly sensitive screen.

I have a 7 year old 46" Magnavox rear projection that is just as clear as it was on the day I bought it new. This is after the abuses of 2 toddlers and 2 moves. Good quality....good picture.....no problems.

This is certainly a better deal than the Panasonic 53" wide-screen
they have "marked down" from $1099 to $1803.92. I always
thought the idea of a mark down was to lower the price, not raise
it. If it was $1803.92 marked down to $1099, maybe I'd bite...

I've got a Sear LXI/Magnavox 46" projection TV circa 1988 that's
been a pretty good TV. I had to get the fly-back and the fluid
in the projection guns replaced a couple of years ago, but the
picture is still good...

It's marked down from $1899 to $1803. That slash through the middle of the $1899 makes it look like $1099...

Oh...

My bad...need to get these glasses checked...

Thought that was a pretty odd "mark-down"...

the tv would be delivered by best buy. They have their own people that deliver on large items like that

Go to your local BB first and look at the TV first. It has the worst picture out of all their projections.
