Magnavox 37MF321D - Question about the tuner and channels

I just bought this guy.

DVD movies look excellent. :) It still looks good from an angle, and the color is rich. The surround sound speaker panel it comes with is also detachable so when I decide to wall mount it I can hook up different speakers elsewhere if I want.

The menu is easy to use but the user manual is lacking... I'm a little confused about the channel setup. I used autosetup and it found a bunch of digital channels I never had access to before (thanks to the builtin ATSC DTV/QAM decoder). I use an antenna instead of cable/satellite. The problem I'm having is that this TV only goes up to 69 channels. But when I had my VCR setup on my old CRT, I could go over 100 channels.

Anybody else have this TV or with a similar issue with channels?

Really? Oh. :(

Cable channels go up to 125, antenna 69 ie. UHF
Use your QAM tuner to HD broadcasts over your cable line, and ATSC tuner to get channels over the air.

Thanks for the info. :) Not sure what my VCR is doing then. Probably just shifting above of lower channels to a higher range.

Now I need to get myself a nice antenna and I'm all set. I already know the idea direction based on AntennaWeb.
