Magician tempting me to upgrade

I rebooted my notebook today for the first time in a long while and the Magician which I have setup to run at startup (and I stop after a while) came with a message to upgrade to new level. Any known problems with the new level ?
 
It's exactly the same as the old one so I presume the only differences are that it adds support for the 840 and 840 Pro.
