Magic Tune causing system problems

I bought a Samsung Synchmaster 930B LCD Monitor and have been very happy with it, except for the Magic Tune software. I'd like to be able to swap between the 6 custom video setups but every time I start Magic Tune 3.7 it freezes my PC before I can things working. I had to disable the system tray icon for now, and I haven't froze since. Has anyone else experienced similar problems?
