Does anyone have any experience buying magazines listed on eBay?

Which sellers are reputable?

Some claim the subscription costs $1 but charge $3 shipping costs and mention that each additional item is an additional $3 in shipping. Does that mean a second subscription would have it's own $3 shipping fee or that they charge you $3 shipping every time they send you a magazine?

The seller is not sending you the magazines out. They place the order with the distributor who sends the magazines out. If the seller charges shipping that's them just padding the sale.
