Magazine subscription websites

I ordered 2 magazine subscriptions 4 months ago. They debited my account the very next day for the agreed upon amounts. I got email confirmations stating that I should receive the magazines within 5 to 10 weeks. It's been 4 frickin months already! Anyways, I emailed them about a month ago asking where the magazines were, and they replied and said that the actual magazine companies were sometimes slow. I'm about to email them again in a few minutes, except this time, Im gonna threaten them somehow. Who could I report them to if it's an online company? Anything else I can demand or say?

Should I demand receipt of first issue or my money back by the end of the week?
