MAG delayed now?

Kotaku is reporting that both Gamestop and Gamefly have bumped back the release date for MAG as January 2010. Sometimes that means even later. It was originally listed as a Fall release.

No official confirmation yet but of all the delays this one would surprise me the least because of the scope and ambition involved with MAG.

yea and we all know it'll turn out AWESOME ... i mean look at what's happened with HOME!

😛 😀

If that one drops off this holiday sony is going to have some trouble selling games..... What do they have left thats exclusive this holiday? Uncharted 2 and R&C are the only ones I can think of if this drops off.

Sony really needs to get on some of their developers. They really don't have much to promote for the holidays.

On the bright side, I"m hoping that this is just one more than that will get sony to push out GT5.

Home? Forget that. Two words: SOCOM Confrontation. I played that game _once_, got disgusted with how poorly it played, and traded it away. I know there are some die-hard S:C fans out there, but it seems like the majority didn't think highly of it.

This doesn't mean MAG has to be a disaster, but I'm looking forward to the still-theoretical Starhawk a lot more.

That's absolute garbage. Does Sony not set deadlines with their developers?

And to be honest, outside of the massive amount of players in MAG, there is nothing special about it. Nothing.
