made home made soup tonight

cream of celery soup, this was my favorite growing up so i called mom up and got the recipe, the wife and kids loved it even though they thought they wouldn't 🙂

1 stalk (the whole bag thing ) of celery
1/2 stick of butter
2 cans swansons chicken broth
1 cup whipping cream

wash celery...chop up everything except bottom into 2inch (5cm) pieces even the tops
melt butter in pan add in celery, and chicken broth, bring to boil then simmer for 30 minutes
puree in blender in small batches, put in another bowl with the cream , mix it up and serve:wine:
