That's a neat system. I guess the PV panels are also acting as heat collection for the air box so the heat pump can work? As a heat pump won't really work that great in winter. That's an interesting idea.

also the heatpump is cooling the PV cells to make them more efficient. guess you wouldn't run it in the summer though when it makes the most difference?

Looks good. Should always stagger your joints though. Look well built though. I worked with a guy from Timmins last year for a while.
