Maddening problem!: I click on a web page and only part of it shows up

I click on a alink at Fatwallet.com and only their header shows up. The individual posts below the header are not there. This only happens on my Dell 8600 laptop and not my desktop. why? Maybe it is some software but I do not know.

I am also using norton internet security. pricacy control, ad blocking, antispam are off.
