I turned on my xbox for the first time yesterday in several months. there may have been several updates that I missed.
What's happening now is that my receiver won't pass video or audio through to the tv from any non-xbox device unless the xbox is powered on or unplugged. if I turn the xbox off, the video from say my htpc continues for a while. i then here a distinct "click" from the xbox, and the video goes blank.
the only way to have video return is to either turn on the xbox (mind you, this is with my receiver set to the htpc input), or unplug the hdmi cable from my xbox to my receiver. unplug 360 cable = video from htpc, plug cable back in = no video from htpc (or cable box for that matter).
i've got a verizon fios box, an htpc, and the 360 as my sources. all 3 are hooked up via hdmi to a denon 1610. HDMI control is turned off on the tv and the receiver, i can't find a setting for it on any of the other devices.
any ideas? i'm at a loss.
