My lappy has been overheating, and I needed to send it in for warranty service. They sent me a box with packing materials so they could insure it in transit. When the UPS man delivered the box, he said, "this feels like an empty box. Are you sending it back out?" I told him I needed fill it and seal it, and he offered to wait while I did it. I had everything ready to go, so it literally took me a minute and a half, which surprised him. I don't know how long he thought he'd have to wait, but he still offered. How cool is that?
I live in a mostly rural area, so UPS service is a privilege, not a right.
