Edit: They say that they're going to FedEx an envelope overnight--we'll see if it ever gets here. As it stands, Mad Dog Multimedia is the worse culprit, seemingly automatically rejecting a rebate until someone (either from Parago or Microcenter) called them.
Sorry about that, posted before I realized it.
Just thought that I'd share that with everyone. 12 weeks to get a rebate is a bit much, don't you think? 12 weeks after they received it (not after I sent it).
Then, it's no good when your customer service supervisor hangs up on the customer.
Oh, and when the people at the corporate HQ say they're going to call back? They don't.
(Good to know that you can get a phone number from the BBB.com website.)
But it's bad when the receptionist lies and says that her boss it out of town... it's worse when the boss's answering machine--which you can get from BBB.com---says that she's in the office today.
