Mad Dog Entertainer 16X DVD <-- is it any good?

Greetings all!

Well, I saw Compusa had a $30 rebate for the mad dog Entertainer 16X DVD rom drive. My simple question.. is it any good?

Will I have any problems using it to view both US and non-US DVD movies?

Thanks for the reply. It doesn't look like it'll matter, as both online and the *5* stores closest to me are all sold out...this being the last day of the rebates.....oh well.
