beware of MAD DOG rebates tried for 6mo before I gave up as they said they mailed the rebate but never provided proof they did and it was never cashed...since they could show this....

I no longer will purchase ther products as a result

I have received my rebates from them, so maybe it is just by luck if you get them or not.

i dunno about this deal, fx5200 is quite under powered if u check the stats the geforce 4 ti 4200 can beat the fx5200, and the ti4200 was like around the same price on newegg i think. thats unless u need direct x 9 but then again it wouldnt be good for games

I got my rebate back for a $30 AR Mad Dog GF4MX 440 with no problems (besides the really long wait).

Right now it's probably worth waiting a bit if you are interested in a DX9 card, since the whole GF FX series will likely be discounted a lot when the NV40 and its cheaper variants become available.
