Macys orders honored...products received!!!

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up that Macys has in fact shipped orders that were placed over the weekend using multiple coupons.

My Polo towels arrived today via ups ground. The other items in that order are shipping separately. I placed the order late saturday night. I never received a tracking number but they did show up as "this item has shipped" on the website. I live in Atlanta and the package was shipped from stone mountain (about 30 minutes away) from Federated Logistics.

Also, I got a few more email confirmations today for other orders I placed on Sunday afternoon.

A friend of mine placed his order way later than I did and already received a confirmation. I never got mine, do you mean all orders will be honored?

I don't know if they are honoring all of them...I just know they honored one of mine. I will re-title the thread to indicate that. Others can post any orders they received here so we might be able to determine whether orders placed during a certain time were honored, or if it seems to be totally random. Once someone else posts that he/she has actually received an order I will add the "s" back to the title.

I had 3 separate orders. They honored the first order. I am still waiting on the other 2 orders.

This might be true that they only honor the first order if you had multiple orders.

You guy's are so lucky! I never received a confirmation email and it was not showing up on order tracking so I called CS. The FIRST thing he asked me was if I had combined coupon codes. He said they were not accepting orders when more than one code was used.

I placed another order anyway and used the free shipping one. The other codes wouldn't work anymore, even individually. They had some great prices on men's clothing so it was still a good deal.

Weird. I just got my order confirmation today for the second order I placed, still nothing from the first. I really wasn't expecting it as that second order was for an item they said I should received before 44 days (!), now the email list it as available. So if you still haven't received your order confirmation, don't worry they are trickling through. I'm just glad they are still honoring all these orders. I've spent a ton at their brick and mortar stores over the years.

I went to the Macy's web site, it has my items (3 total) as shipped, gave me the UPS tracking number too, it says I should get my stuff tomorrow. I placed my order late Saturday night, so it's looking pretty good. I live in WA and my stuff shipped from CA.

I ordered sunday morning and I just got my order confirmation and all items are as ordered with the coupons reflected in the price. I'll beleive it when UPS shows up at my door!

i just called my cc company and the charge has not posted yet...but they are showing a charge to post in the next day or so (no company name yet) which matches the entire amount of my order (I got the towels but am still waiting for my jeans and the 11 cup food processor.) He also listed about 5 other charges which had not gone through yet which matched the totals for my other orders. Looks like i'm going to get all my stuff!

i didn't think i was getting a confirmation either, but i got it today, and now the order # i have shows up correctly on the website too. so i should be getting my hugo boss cologne before thursday, this was a GREAT deal

How long does it usually take to get the confirmation. It took 3 days to get it for my brother's order. It took me 2 days to get my order. i still have 2 orders that are not honored. I wonder if they select which ones to honor? Can anyone tell me about how long it took them to get the confirmation number.

My order # was coming up as an error until I recieved a confirmation email today. Now the website comes up with the correct item and the discounted price when I enter the #. I am so hyped about this. I hope it ships.

It seems that people who ordered around Saturday night are receiving there orders. Since I ordered around monday, i guess I'll have to wait a few more days before my items hopefully goes from processing to shipped.
