when I am on the internet browsing web sites, I get maybe 20 to 30 times a night a pop up asking if I want to Download Macromedia flash. I always x it out and it pops right back up and I x it out and it pops right back up, I am going nuts trying to get rid of it. I have ran spy bot, ad-ware a virus scan I ran it through find to see if I could delete it and done everything I can think of but when I log on to the internet it pops up again. What can I do to get rid of this SOB for good???

Its likely the sites you visit have flash advertising and the browser is asking if you want to dl it. Not sure how to disable that though.

I downloaded a small utility a while ago that lets you switch Flash on and off by renaming files. I believe there might be an FAQ on the site that talks about turning off the install requests. I don't remember the name of the program (it didn't really work that well, but the FAQ should help you)
