Macro to open sites (and login) in Firefox?

Hello. Here's what I want to do automatically. Any way to make it happen? I've got Mozilla and RoboForm. Thanks.

Two instances of Mozilla, each on half the screen (one on the left, one on the right half). Each will have multiple tabs open to different sites, and each one logged into.

I know I can use browser sessions (or bookmark folders) to open a set of sites on each site, but I can't get them to log in automatically without hitting any extra buttons, and it'd be great if I can get both instances of Firefox to open at once and do it with minimal clicks.
