Macro or some way to log in for ie or chrome?

So we have this phone system where you need to log into a website to fwd calls to off site, etc

is there like a macro recorder or some software where I can record the steps and and just run it so I dont need to do it each time ?

ie, open browser, enter website, enter login, enter phone number, hit okay, save, etc ?

thanks, im sure there are, i just never used one
