I'm tired of dealing with the slowness of emulation so contemplating a cheap, refurbished Ivy Bridge Core i5 Macbook Pro with 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD. It has Catalina installed on it. Can Catalina still download tools like Xcode and command line developer tools from the Apple mothership?
