Macbook Pro w/ Iris Pro supports 60Hz single stream transport for Ultra HD?

Hi, can anyone confirm whether the 15" Macbook Pro equipped only with the Intel Iris Pro graphics (late 2013 or current mid 2014 models) support 60Hz refresh rate with single stream transport mode (SST) on UltraHD monitors? There doesn't seem to much clarity around this question. As far as I can tell, the Macbook Pro with the discrete Nvidia 750M graphics does work in 60Hz SST mode with the 4k monitors that support it - namely, the 28" Asus PB287Q and Samsung U28D590D - but I can't find any confirmation that Macbook Pros with only the integrated Iris Pro works too. Intel's documentation for the Iris Pro says that it supports UHD output at 60Hz but it isn't explicit whether it means only by relying on the MST technique of stitching together tiles. The same uncertainty is in Apple's support document on this subject matter as well as the writeup that Anandtech did a while ago on Ultra HD support in Mac OS. It's understandable since 60Hz SST support in Ultra HD monitors only started appearing recently but it's made it extremely difficult to find the answer. I'm hoping a forum member here might have personal experience. Thanks in advance.
