All the Unibody 17s have the 9400m and 9600m. Most Unibody 15s have both as well, but the entry level ones just have the 9400m. All Unibody 13s have the 9400m

thanks guys, do you think that 17" is worth it at his asking price? i see he has a couple negatives in his past...

The cost for a refurb from Apple with those specs is $2200, so not sure why/how that guy was selling at $1800

yeah i think this guy is just trying to pad his feedback. the auction just ended and he already received positive feedback for it???

that would be pretty expensive to do. Auctions arent free when stuff sells. Prob cost him 50 in auction fees.

That does seem like a really good deal, maybe to good to be true?

yeah i forgot about the fees, that would have been pretty stupid for him to do that. maybe the buyer was for real and was just dumb enough to leave feedback before he got the laptop. I wish I could have got a good deal like that on that laptop but it just didn't feel right. hopefully the buyer doesnt get screwed over some how. based on the sellers older feedback (over a year old) he has skipped out on shipping someone their products a couple of times already. That's one problem with ebays new feedback system. It appears he has 100% positive feedback even though his history from over a year ago says otherwise.

If both the buyer and the seller agree to cancel the transaction then no fees would be charged, but feedback will remain. Pretty much a fool-proof method for feednback padding.

oh i see, so there's still a good chance that's what he was up to.
