Macbook Pro Late 2011 13" | Battery Help

I have a 2011 Macbook Pro Late 2011 13", that was having battery problems. I decided to order a replacement battery from Amazon and tried to fix the problem. The computer no longer recognizes the original apple battery, replacement battery from amazon, or a battery from a similar Macbook Pro. I've reset the PRAM & SMC, this did not fix the problem.

Has anyone experienced this before? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
