Macbook on a Dell E248WFP 24" LCD

The 13" LCD on my Macbook just isn't cutting it for typing up papers and such, so I am going to upgrade my desk and get a 24" LCD monitor. Will my Macbook (it's the current model) be able to output to my monitor at full 1900x1200 res?

I have my macbook hooked up to my new Gateway FWH2400, in fact, it handles playing video on it better than my desktop with a 7800GTX!
