MacBook no horizontal scrolling in bootcamp

Is there anyway for me to enable the two finger horizontal scrolling in bootcamp 3.1? Also, when I am scrolling vertically, it is pretty jerky, nothing like in OS X. My MacBook is running the 2.26GHz Core 2 Duo, 2GB RAM, and 9400M and using Windows 7 Professional x64 btw. Thanks.
 
For the jerkiness, adjust the scroll rate in Control Panel. That seemed to help me. As for horizontal scrolling, I'm unsure about that.
 
Thanks for the reply Kmax82, I did adjust the scroll rate but it isn't as smooth as in os x still unfortunately 🙁

Horizontal scrolling seems to work in firefox but it doesn't work in anything else I've tried so far for some reason.
