i want to be able to listen to itunes when the lid is closed and maccbook is pluged in.
1) can i do that?
2) if so how can i?
3)if so can i make it only do this when plugged in

Formerly this worked with NoSleep, however this kernel modification isn't updated anymore and apparently incompatible with OS X 10.4 and later versions of 10.3.

As a workaround you can plug in a USB peripheral or an external monitor, this should prevent teh MacBook to go into standby modus.
