Macbook help! Just installed the graphics update and rebooted once

I installed the 10.5.2 graphics update and rebooted fine once
then i booted into windows xp pro, now i cant boot into 10.5.2
My 10.4 cd works as well as my Xp install help please
as i have all my taxes on their
any idea what i should back up from my xp install, like where Tax cut saves its stuff ect.... ?

when you boot and hold down option, does it not even show the choice to boot into OSX?

yeah it shows my os x drive and my xp drive

UPDATe:

It took 20mins for it to load OS X
im going to try it again wish me luck ;)

Ok false alarm its fine now, i just freaked out because it took 10+ mins to boot
So i just started it and went to have dinner and its up
the boot up is normal
I was worried because i have all my tax stuff on it, (Now backed up)

For an update like that, it does sometimes take a really long time to boot. I have no idea what it is doing, but there it is, sitting there, doing stuff I would assume.

The weird thing is i had rebooted prior to this slow boot....

I freaked out as well after 10.5.2 update, it seemed to be stuck forever in the black screen before logging into os x

I had the same thing happen with one of the 10.4.x updates... Took my mini about 15-20 minutes to boot, but it eventually did and never did it again.... No idea why it does it, but glad its working ok for ya now!
