MacBook Air Review?

Welcome to Anandtech Forums, HaveANiceDay. I don't speak for Anandtech, but as a fan of thin/light notebooks I would also be interested in such a review, even if I'm not a Mac fan. Knowing Anandtech's propensity for reviewing Apple products, such a review would not be out of line. Let's just cross our fingers.

Anand loves Apple and reviews many of their products himself. I suspect we'll see something from him about at least one of the new MacBook Air models, even if he doesn't get Apple kit as early as some sites.

In the meantime, try Laptop magazine for a review of the 11.6-inch MacBook Air.

Wow, look at that! Ask, and thou shalt receive.

EDIT: I have now read the article. This is one of two Apple products that I would consider owning... but I still wouldn't buy either.

#1 new Apple Nano with multitouch
LIKE: Small size, interesting tech, decent battery life
DISLIKE: Cost, having to use iTunes (or hacking the playlist), Apple proprietary connector, having a color LCD yet no video support
WOULD BUY IF: Make it $100 for 16GB model and I would live with other dislikes.

#2 new Apple Macbook Air 11"
LIKE: This is what a netbook should be! Lightweight and decent performance
DISLIKE: Can't they add 0.2 pounds worth of batteries to increase battery life? No SD card reader, no NIC, high cost
WOULD BUY IF: Make it 2/3 the cost, and I'll live with other dislikes.
