Macaroni and Cheese

We had a ham for dinner yesterday and I was contemplating on what to make for dinner tonight that would utilize the leftover ham.

I like ham in my macaroni and cheese, so I pulled 6 recepes off the Web, took everything that sounded good from each of them, combined it all and it is now in the oven. About 15 minutes to go and then 20 minutes to let it cool.

I'll let you know if it is great or crap. With my cooking you never know.

Ham omletts the next 4 mornings and slice it up for ham sammiches for lunch 🙂
