I would personally go for the new 13" MacBook Pro with function keys, iPhone 7 Plus matte black, and perhaps waiting on the iPad Pro.

The 13" MBP is still very very mobile, while packing a lot more processing power than the 12" MB. The extra TB3 port also makes it far less restrictive from an expansion point of view. For the phone, there's not much point getting the Jet Black finish as it scratches way too easily, and you'll basically be forced to use the phone with a case the entire time. I prefer to use my phones without a case, so the matte black option, to me, is far superior. Finally, Apple may refresh the iPad lineup in March next year. But it's already stupidly fast (as far as iOS usage is concerned), so it's probably fine to just go ahead and buy one now.

Wait for Kaby Lake 12" MacBook in 2017. It gets hardware support for 10-bit HEVC decode and Netflix 4K DRM. Not sure about macOS support but at least the potential is there. The current model supports neither.

iPhone 7 Plus is good. However Jet Black is very, very prone to scratching. And the iPhone 8 is likely a new form factor.

If you want the iPad Pro, note that the 10" model is gimped. The gimp will probably be fixed in 2017. And I would check out the 13" in person. One friend who has or loves it but he uses it as a work tool and for showing his work to clients. My other two friends who have it find it too big and awkward for regular use, and feel the 10" Air 2 is a better size. Neither of them use it much for work, and use iPads more for just internet consumption.

As someone who is about to sell their 2015 MacBook (interested? PM me) due to lack of use, I'd recommend buying either the MacBook (like mine!) or the iPad Pro. I have an Air 2, Pro12.9, and the MacBook. I use the MacBook the least out of those 3 because I don't need MacOS with me on the road all that often, and at home the Pro satisfies 99% of my use cases.

I'd agree with Eug though that between the Pro9.7 and the Air2, there's little reason to get the Pro. The screen is a little better (or so I hear), the speakers are much nicer, and Pencil support is handy, but the Pro9.7 only has 2GB RAM and that's a HUGE con.
