It is not the first one. The 'first' one, or at least the first one I heard about, did something similar, but instead of changing your DNS info, it sent itself to all your ichat buddies. Which they would have then had to approve, and then authenticate the install.

Most require the user not be particularly bright but they still make decent inroads.
