Mac to see a WIN2K Server

Has anyone had any luck getting a Mac to see a WIN2K Server. When I try to create the Mac Volume I get an error saying the the RPC Server in unavailable. I checked in the services and there are 2 RPC services running. So i'm not sure what to do from here.
Please Advise.

 
You need to install File and Print Services for Macintosh on the 2000 Server. You also might have to install AppleTalk, not sure about that one.
