Mac to PC video chatting....can it be done?

So I've got this friend who just got iSight all set up on their iBook. What I'm wondering is if anyone knows any program that will allow me to do a video chat from my PC with my friend. As far as I know, iSight is not compatible with Windows. Is there any program that can do it? Even if it's some sort of Mac emulator. I'll go as far as I have to in order to get this to work...just short of actually buying a Mac.

Ok, I've found this webcam called IBOT which is apparently compatible with PC's. What I need to know now is whether or not there is a program that will allow my friend on their iSight to video chat with me on the IBOT. Anyone have any idea if such a program exists?

I think the only way to do it is if you both use Yahoo messenger which I think supports the Mac camera. Otherwise you are out of luck.
