Mac Problems - Need help or reference.

Hello everyone,

I'm having problems with my new CD burner (external Plextor) on my G4. Problem, the software (Toast) will not recognize the drive as being a burner. I can't figure out what to do. Anyone have any suggestions - or possibly a reference to a GOOD mac forum?
