Mac Pro 3,1 expansion cards

My gf has a 2008 Mac Pro (3,1) and she's getting a little frustrated by the lack of native USB 3.0 and eSATA.

I was looking into expansion cards for her that might fill that need. I found this:

But I wasn't sure if this the most efficient choice.

Anyone with a Mac Pro that could recommend either an eSATA, USB 3.0, or combination card that they're using?

Oh wow, that looks almost too good to be true!

Uses the native OSX drivers and all you need to do is get it extra power? I think I'm going to jump on that post-haste.
