As long as the file is on media that a PC is able to read (ie, PC-format floppies, most media after using an app like mac-opener, emailed files, files on webservers, etc), Adobe Photoshop has no problems moving .psd across platforms.
A client asked me this question, they get graphic CD's from England that are formatted thru Mac Photoshop, they want to be able to look at the CD and copy.............Do they have to buy a Mac?
if the CD just has pictures on it in Photoshop file form, then the PC won't have any problem viewing the files as long as it has Photoshop installed. However, if there's special program that the CD is using to view the pictures then I doubt it will work.
Well, took the CD home and tried to run it in my cd rom "no go" couldn't even look on it to see if any thing was on it....they say a logo is on it. Thought maybe my Microsoft Photodraw could handle it but guess not, my cd rom won't even start it up it just sits there doing nothing.....guess it looks like it needs a Mac to open it
