Is there some sort of tweak or mod for WinXP that lets you do that 'hot corners' thing that you can do in Tiger? For example, flick the mouse to top-right corner of the desktop to instantly tile all your application windows, or flick it to another corner to display your widgets, etc etc??

The closest thing I can find is Hot Corners for windows, which only does the screensaver, nothing else.
 
Stardock makes something called Object Desktop, which can be configured to do different things. Not sure exactly how close to what you're looking for, but the proggy has a free trial.
