MAC OS X: Running MS Exchange via Entourage?

Does anyone know how to do this? When I try, it says it can't find the domain controller. Do I need to be running anything like webdav on the server?

Don't you need a DC to use Exchange? Don't you need to be on a Windows domain to use exchange? I really don't know.

We have a DC, and the user has access to shared resources. But there's supposed to be some new thing that allows MAC users to use Entourage to access their Exchange accounts. I'm not familiar with MACs, so I dont know quite what to do. I've set the settings to the DC name, the user's account/pw. Not sure where to go from here...
