Is it possible to have a Mac OS X run on a Windows computer?

If it can can you tell me the program?

virtual pc emulator thingie! It runs best with alot of ram and dual cpu's so.............

PowerPC CPU != Intel Pentium or Xeon, or AMD Athlon or Opteron CPU

The only way to do this would be to use a CPU emulator, and since Apple is very possessive of their secret sauce, no one is able to write a Macintosh Emulator for Windows that functions quickly and fully (There is a Virtual PC for the Mac, as mentioned above, but that's going the opposite direction). There are rumors of a fully functional OS X build for x86, but the only bit that anyone outside of Apple is able to use is the UNIX core, called Darwin (that lacks the nice GUI).
