Mac OS 10.5 Freeware video converter?

My title really says it all. I used handbrake to create video files from my DVD, now I want to convert it to a format that will work on the iPhone.

yeah, I know that. But I am looking to convert files that I already have. Handbrake will only accept a DVD as a source.
 
Well, just getting this out of the way... Why didn't you rip to iPhone compatible format first?!

Anyway, use iSquint to re-convert the vid files.

Also, when you rip your movies in the future, use mp4, h264 settings on handbrake. This gives you a much nicer quality file at the same size, and more easily converts to iphone format.
 
There's also FFMpegX, which works nicely for my needs.. I'll have to give iSquint a shot though.. haven't tried that app before.
