Mac newsgroup reader?

Is it possible to get a newsgroup reader for a mac, a par program and an unrar program, or do i have to use something a la softwindows or have a PC that i can tap into and use remotely to do that kinda stuff?
 
If you're just looking for something to download with, try iGrabNews. Its simple to use and works great. MacPAR can both unrar and if you have the par's and something is missing, automatically rebuild the file for you.
