For some reason I cant get my Mini to connect to my network. I am trying to connect to my network using DHCP like I did at another location (it worked) but for some reason I cant get it to connect. I tried taking the cable out of the Mini and plugging it into my Windows PC and it worked perfectly. I cant for the life of me find the problem. I tried configuring manually, but I dont know my router address and dont know how to find it. Could someone please help??

no there wearnt any errors. in fact, i resetted my machine and it didnt even detect my ethernet cable. i reset again and then it did

Default Gateway must point to a router if you have internet connectivity on the XP box. If it points to nothing, then you get nothing behind local network. You could browse through a proxy without a valid gateway, but you would be unable to do most things. It's possible it's a bogus gateway and someone added persistant routes in windows, but highly unlikly, unless it's abusiness who does not trust it's employees.
