Mac Mini Display Resolution Error- Urgent!!

I hooked my Mac Mini up to my HDTV plasma display and eerythiing worked. However, when I went into System Prefrences, I saw my resolution was only 800x600. Me, being the person I am, changed it to 1024x768, and now theres no display. I reset the computer and still, nothing. How do i revert back to my default resolution if I cant see what I'm doing? Please help.
 
i just tried the steps on Apple's support sight and they didnt work. BTW, i am typing this on my windows PC hooked up to the same TV. It works perfectly

Don't know what to tell you then. You might want to try posting at the Mac Ach in the arstechnica forums. They'll know more about this than most people on Anandtech most likely, as it's a dedicated mac section of their forums.
