Due to a flaky mail server at work, I sometimes get an alert in Mail on that IMAP account. The alert appears next to that account on the sidebar as a small triangle, inside a circle, with an exclamation mark inside of it. Even when I click on the alert and dismiss the pop up explaining the alert, the little circle/triangle/exclamation does not go away (unless I quit and restart Mail).

How do I get rid of this alert?

Thanks.

If you right click on it and tell it to go Online, that might fix the problem. Though that might be for the circle with the lightning bolt in it.

Right-clicking does not doing anything.

The lightening bolt is for offline. This is not offline.
