Using Mavericks on different 2009 and newer Macs:

1. Many e-mails print with an extra blank page at the end;

2. Prints the header on one page and body on the following page(s).

What gives?

I totally read this as Mac Mall printing oddities and was coming in for scans of the magazine being super weird.
